The Gaza Delegation is a team of physicians, surgeons, social workers, and journalists that is set to go to Gaza.  Our mission is to,

-Fulfill medical requests

-Assess medical and mental health needs in Gaza.

-Assess infrastructural damage and rebuilding efforts for Gaza.

-Facilitate medical and mental health work teams.

-Facilitate school supplies shipments and deliveries.

-Help coordinate home rebuilding teams.

-Cast LOVE, not lead.

The Gaza Delegation is preparing to depart to Gaza on Sunday, 3/1/2009.  We will report through this blog, e-mails, etc.

We hope to reach out to as many people as possible, and hope that everyone will keep up with our reports, photos, and videos.  We are trying to raise awareness of what's really going on in Gaza, in local communities and on an international level.  We will keep everyone updated as we prepare to leave and begin our mission.
